“I’m at dance college. I do choreography and dance in shows. I couldn’t get my right leg to move the way my left one did. This stopped me from demonstrating movements to other students and my movement wasn’t fluid when I was performing. Viv asked me lots of questions, looked at how I move around, and helped me sort things out with the leg. I’m really busy at college but Viv gave me exercises that only take 10 minutes. She gave me exercise options and got me to pick the exercises that I liked. She suggested ways to split up the exercises, to fit them in to my week. Because she worked out what I liked and how I could fit them in to my schedule it meant I actually did them. That never happened before.”

“I first visited Viv after sustaining a running injury. I had tried to ‘run through’ the injury but it had got worse over several months. After seeing Viv and following the exercises she recommended, the injury had gone within 2 weeks. Viv is dedicated, caring and professional. She really listens to what you say and works with you. I have continued to see Viv as she has helped me to deal with my fibromyalgia, when my muscles and joints are very painful. My sessions have not just helped me to continue running they have helped me to improve and I have more effective pain management now. I cannot recommend Viv highly enough”.

I’ve also obtained relief from plantar fasciitis, which gave me tender heels, so that walking was unsteady and painful.
